TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS):
I will draw:
- Furry/Anthropomorphic characters
- Feral Animals
- Cartoon-style characters
- Mild blood or injury (See below)
I will NOT draw:
- Humans or humanlike characters
- Mechanical characters
- NSFW/Suggestive content
- Gore or heavy blood
- Offensive or hateful content
- Designs that I determine are too complex
If you're unsure whether your request falls under something I won't draw, just ask! I'm happy to clarify.
General Rules (For Commissions, Trades, and Requests)
- I am a minor. Any inappropriate behavior or language will result in an immediate block and cancellation.
- I work at my own pace. Please be respectful and patient when life happens.
- I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission, trade, or request for any reason, especially if you are violating the TOS.
Commissions:
- Payment: USD via PayPal, Venmo, etc. I require full payment upfront unless we've agreed otherwise.
- Refunds: Full refunds only if I haven't started. Once I've begun, no refunds unless I cancel the piece.
- WIPs: You'll get a sketch preview to approve. Minor changes are fine; major changes may cost extra if you approved the sketch already.
- Usage: You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use on icons, profiles, Toyhouse, etc. You must credit me @enzoshep
Trades:
- I accept trades based on interest and time.
- Please match my effort and be honest about your skill level.
- I may decline for any reason, including if your character is too complicated or not something I enjoy drawing.
- Once the trade is started, do NOT ghost me. Communicate if you need more time!
Requests:
- Requests are done at my choice and pace.
- Please don't pressure me or try to guilt-trip me for free work.
- If I offer free art and you're disrespectful, I will cancel the request and block you.
Character Rules (For my deisgns):
- You may use the designs however you want as long as you credit me (@enzoshep).
- Do NOT resell my designs for more than you paid unless new art was added.
- You may redesign or tweak the character to your liking.
- Please wait at least 1 week before trading a character I made (unless discussed otherwise).
